Dimensional tiles

Planks of wood

Wood planks are just starting to make a name for themselves in the market. Sizes of tiles that aren’t the norm are becoming more and more popular. Most are getting bigger, but you can change the size to fit your needs with planking. 

Most widths are 6 inches, but lengths range from 12 inches to 48 inches. So you can make intricate patterns like herringbone. Realistic wood-grained tiles like oak, maple, and cherry are the most common, but many other ways make them look old, worn, or whitewashed. 

Porcelain wood-grain tiles are great for the bathroom because they are easier to clean and resist water and stains without sacrificing style.
